1979 Unisex Sweatshirt ~ Together We Rise

In a world that feels at times polarised and divided yet there is a quiet place inside, a place that understands peace begins within, it fills a cup that spills out into the world. ~As within, so without.
Did you know that polyester fleece can take up to 200 years to breakdown?
I love a comfy sweatshirt and have wanted to design one for GB for the longest time. My favourite cuts are the late 70's shapes with raglan arms and a roomy comfortable fit, so that's exactly what we've replicated for our design, with one exception...
Almost all sweatshirts on the market are made from cheap, synthetic polyester fleece, so we set out to make ours differently. With a bit of searching and experimentation we chose a French Terry fabric thats undergone a brushing process to the interior. This process achieves that warm fuzzy fleece inside, with a flat cotton outside, and best part is it's 100% natural - zero synthetic fibres.
The result is soft, warm and completely natural.
